At Tandem Coast Community Management we believe that an educated workforce makes for superior property managers. We invest in ongoing education and training for all of our team members to prepare them for the challenges of property management. Our community association managers have all been certified through either CAI, CACM, or both. They attend education seminars through those organizations and through regularly scheduled conferences with respected industry professionals. This ongoing education insures our managers are well educated to meet the needs of any size Homeowner Association Community.

I am writing to highly recommend Stacey Garcia as an exceptional property manager. I first worked with her a number of years ago when I was on the HOA board managing 84 condo units.
