Tandem Coast Community Management understands many questions may rise when owning a unit within a Homeowners Association. We want things to be simplified and easy to understand. We have developed this section to be helpful and hopefully answer some of your questions.
How do I make a payment?
Assessment payments are accepted by mail or email. Please click "Pay HOA Dues" at the top tool bar to see full details.
Why do I have an interest charge?
All assessment payment are due on the 1st of the month. If there is an outstanding balance after 30 day, it is subject to an interest charge and it will be processed on the 1st day of the month following 30 days past due.
My Payment isn't showing on my account.
Delays in payments processing to your account may depend on when you mailed or processed your online payment. Please be mindful of weekends and holidays and confirm you are mailing your payment to the payment processing center. That address is locate at the bottom of your statement in the coupon section, or on our website under the "Pay HOA Dues" tab. If it has been more than 5 days, please click "Contact Us" in the top tool bar and fill our a form for the accounting department. Explain your concern and the accounting team will research it and get back to you.
Why do I have a late fee?
Assessment payments are due on the 1st of every month. There is a grace period until the 15th, howver our system automatically processes late fees on the 16th of the month. Please be mindful those dates falling on the weekend. It is recommended to pay online by the 12th and insure your mailed in payment arrives by the 10th to avoid late processing past the 15th.
